Note:
Please have all travel documents as required by your cruise line and your luggage with you prior to boarding the coach in Houston. You'll want to be sure cruise line tags with your stateroom number are on all of your luggage prior to your arrival at the port. Please provide a cell phone number in the comment section of your reservation where you can be reached on day of travel.

Redemption and Voucher Details

1. After you complete your booking, your credit card will be charged and our expert Shore Excursion Concierge agents will 'hand'-review your shore excursion selections against your cruise itinerary to confirm compatibility. Your credit card statement will list the merchant for the charges as Port Promo Cruise Tours.
2. You will receive an email within 72 hours of booking from expedia@portpromotions.com which confirms your booking and contains the vouchers required for your shore excursions. Please print these vouchers and bring them with you on your cruise. You will be required to turn the voucher(s) in to the corresponding shore excursion supplier(s). The vouchers feature information regarding how to meet up with the tour leader upon arrival to a port and other important details.
3. Your tour is completely refundable if your ship is unable to get into port or due to weather cancellations. See our terms and conditions for complete details.

Payment for Excursions and Transfers
Full payment is due at time of booking to confirm your reservation.

Cancellation of Excursions and Transfers
Cancellation of a tour due to a ship delay or the inability to dock will result in a full refund and the amount will be credited within 3 business days. Cancellations received by Port Promotions outside of 24 hours of the cruise departure date will be refunded in full; the amount will be credited within 3 business days. Cancellations made within 24 hours prior to sailing, for any reason, will be subject to a late cancellation service fee of up to 100%. Given that the resale of the canceled space on a tour will likely result in a lost opportunity to sell space, passengers who fail to join the tour will not receive a refund.

Refund Policy
Full refunds are available if cancellations are received 24 hours prior to cruise departure. Should a ship miss the port or the excursion be cancelled due to weather or any reason deemed in the best interest of the participant, a full refund will be processed automatically. No refunds will be made for failure to be at the correct departure point or designated departure time.

Port Promotions Responsibilities and Liabilities
Port Promotions' responsibilities and liabilities in regards to the excursions we offer are defined in the Important Information that you will receive with your tour vouchers. Please read this information carefully when received. It is important to note that services or portions of the service provided by any person or company other than Port Promotions ( taxis, tour operators, hotels, or boats) are performed by independent contractors, and are solely at your risk and are subject to the terms or arrangements made by you or on your behalf with the independent contractor. Port Promotions assume no responsibility with respect to the goods or services of these independent contractors (including for delay, injury, death, or damage to property) even though it may collect monies or make arrangements on your behalf.

Gratuities
Gratuities for drivers, food servers, cab drivers, hotel and cruise staff and other service providers are not included in our prices, and although generally considered appropriate, this is strictly a personal decision.
