The Eco Snorkel tour is unique as it combines a fully guided snorkeling experience with technology that will provide you with music and hear commentary about the reef, coral and fish.

Travel by boat to Pinel Island where your snorkel guide will provide you with a short briefing before fitting you with state-of-the-art equipment including an Amphicom snorkel which allows you to listen to a narrative about the coral reef and its inhabitants as you snorkel.

Your guide will help you get comfortable with your gear in shallow water.

As you glide slowly through the water the bottom will turn from sand to sea grass to reef. Try to count the school of tang, watch as a turtle has a snack, hover above a group of squid, and wonder at the grace of an eagle ray.

Next you'll have time to enjoy the pristine beaches and Pinel Island. Walk along the pedestrian trail and enjoy lunch, on your own, in one of three restaurants before returning to your ship.

Tips

Minimum age to participate is seven (7). The snorkel portion of this tour is approximately forty five minutes long and you will have about one and a half hours to enjoy the island before returning to the ship.

Redemption and Voucher Details

  1. After you complete your booking, your credit card will be charged and our expert Shore Excursion Concierge agents will 'hand'-review your shore excursion selections against your cruise itinerary to confirm compatibility. Your credit card statement will list the merchant for the charges as Port Promo Cruise Tours.
  2. You will receive an email within 72 hours of booking from myexcursions@portpromotions.com which confirms your booking and contains the vouchers required for your shore excursions. Please print these vouchers and bring them with you on your cruise. You will be required to turn the voucher(s) in to the corresponding shore excursion supplier(s). The vouchers feature information regarding how to meet up with the tour leader upon arrival to a port and other important details.
