Get ready to be pampered by the friendly crew of the "Oceanus" a double deck catamaran where the fun and good times are non-stop.

Discover the beautiful marine life of the Sea of Cortez in a very unique way. The personal underwater scooter will allow you to see these marvels with ease and up-close as its design, using the bell principle, allows you to breathe comfortably and best of all no diving experience is necessary.

A safety briefing and instruction on how to safely enjoy this experience will be given by the friendly crew. On the way to Chileno Bay, where the activity will take place, you will sail by Lover's Beach, the Sea Lion colony and the southernmost tip of the Baja California Peninsula known as "Lands End" and where the famous Cabo Arch is located.

A complete Snorkeling gear will be supplied after your underwater mini sub activity if you wish to snorkel as well.

Colorful fish, beautiful coral formations and more are yours to discover. Delight yourself in the deep blue waters.

On the way back it will be FIESTA time! Music, delicious light snacks, purified bottled water, soft drinks, ice cold beer and complimentary domestic brand open bar will be offered.

Please note to pilot mini subs the minimum age of 12 years old with a maximum 65 years of age, with a maximum of 350 lbs.

Tips

Remember to bring your camera. Swimming suit, comfortable clothing, polarized sunglasses, biodegradable sunscreen, hat and towel are recommended to bring along. Participants must be in good health. Tour is unavailable on Monday. Participants will be required to complete and sign a medical / liability release waiver before participating in this tour. Participants must know how to swim. Participants must be self-sufficient. 5ft. minimum height to pilot mini sub. 12 years of age minimum age to pilot mini subs. 65 years of age maximum age to pilot mini subs. 350 lbs. maximum weight to pilot mini subs. Underwater Mini Sub ride lasts 30 minutes approximately. Expectant mothers or participants with heart conditions, asthma, diabetes or those who have had surgery of any kind within the past 2-years, may not pilot mini subs. While snorkeling the floatation vest is mandatory. Minimum age for alcohol consumption is 18 years of age.

Redemption and Voucher Details

  1. After you complete your booking, your credit card will be charged and our expert Shore Excursion Concierge agents will 'hand'-review your shore excursion selections against your cruise itinerary to confirm compatibility. Your credit card statement will list the merchant for the charges as Port Promo Cruise Tours.
  2. You will receive an email within 72 hours of booking from myexcursions@portpromotions.com which confirms your booking and contains the vouchers required for your shore excursions. Please print these vouchers and bring them with you on your cruise. You will be required to turn the voucher(s) in to the corresponding shore excursion supplier(s). The vouchers feature information regarding how to meet up with the tour leader upon arrival to a port and other important details.
