Perched high on horse back above the cane stalks you will be afforded panoramic views of the lush rolling mountains, scattered villages and the Caribbean Sea as it meets the sky on the distant horizon.
This experience is further accentuated with a descent into verdant expanses of the luch tropical forest of the Olivees Mountain.
