Braco? Great? House was built in the mid 1700?s and was a successful sugar plantation with numerous slaves which produced sugar that was refined on the estate and shipped to other parts of the world.
The original building still stands on the estate and currently houses a pimento leaf oil factory. Oil is extracted from the leaves through a condensation process. The oil is then exported and used in the preservation of meat and also as a base for many perfumes.
Be fascinated through the countryside of sugarcane and snoozing cows, prance bareback into the turquoise surf, make a splash, and giggle on your first seahorse ride.
Meander back in time, to the sweet life on Braco Estate and its gardens brimming with pimento trees, bougainvillea and fishtail palms.
