Visit the Hermitage, the world's famous art treasury. The Hermitage is the Tsar's former Winter Palace and four other buildings that house one of the world's premier art collections. Your three to three and half hour guided tour visits the display of rooms, which contain over three million art works, including paintings by Da Vinci, Rafael, Monet, Rembrandt, and Renoir to name a few. Designed by Rastrelli, the Baroque Winter Palace boasts patterned parquet floors, ornate staircases, molded and decorated ceilings and gold gilded appointments. The building inside and out is one not to be missed.

Tips

Remember to bring your camera. You do NOT need a Russian visa to take this tour. Our tour operator is authorized by the city government to arrange services for cruise passengers who do not have Russian visas. In order to guarantee visa – free participation in this tour you will need to provide us with your passport information at least 2 weeks prior to the tour date or you may not allowed to take this tour. A proper documentation (Tour Ticket) received from us along with your passport should be presented to immigration officers upon arrival in St. Petersburg. Remember each passenger must carry these papers at all times when going ashore. Please Note: This tour does not operate on Monday.

Redemption and Voucher Details

  1. After you complete your booking, your credit card will be charged and our expert Shore Excursion Concierge agents will 'hand'-review your shore excursion selections against your cruise itinerary to confirm compatibility. Your credit card statement will list the merchant for the charges as Port Promo Cruise Tours.
  2. You will receive an email within 72 hours of booking from myexcursions@portpromotions.com which confirms your booking and contains the vouchers required for your shore excursions. Please print these vouchers and bring them with you on your cruise. You will be required to turn the voucher(s) in to the corresponding shore excursion supplier(s). The vouchers feature information regarding how to meet up with the tour leader upon arrival to a port and other important details.
