Begin your tour with a short drive to visit to Livadia. The Livadia Palace is well known as the site of the Yalta Conference, 1945 and the very place where Churchill, Roosevelt and Stalin outlined the future of the postwar Europe and adopted the guidelines for the foundation of the United Nations. During the guided visit of the palace you will see the restored White Hall of the conference, which is remarkable for its size and refined gorgeous molding of the ceiling, the Czar's Gala Study and the Headquarters of the USA President Franklin D. Roosevelt during the conference. Before continuing on you will have an opportunity to make a short visit to a souvenir shops in the palace that offer abundance of local souvenirs and craft works. On your way back to ship make one more visit – to Massandra Palace. Palace was designed for Prince Vorontsov by the French architect Bouchart to emulate the style of a Loire Valley chateau. It was acquired by Tsar Alexander III as his summer palace in Soviet period this architectural monument was the closed object as Tsar's Palace, became the state cottage, where Communist party and government leaders stopped to rest (Stalin, Krushchev and Brezhnev). Nowadays the palace is opened for your visit. You will then return to the port.
