Travel alongside the River Lee, bypassing Cork and traveling country roads through a landscape of fields and hedgerows to Kinsale, a quaint old fishing port which boasts a broad and picturesque harbor along with a wealth of well-preserved 18th-century houses.

It was off nearby Kinsale Head that the liner 'Lusitania' was torpedoed by a U-boat during World War I.

From Kinsale you travel through the Bandon River valley, passing the ruins of several castles, to Cork.

Continue on to the charming village of Blarney which boasts of having one of Ireland's most famous attractions, Blarney Castle.

Set in a lovely park, the romantic ruin, once a stronghold of the McCarthy's, is home to the Blarney Stone.

The intrepid traveler can climb to the top of the keep for views of the countryside and the Blarney Stone. Those kissing the stone are endowed by legend with the power of eloquence.

Shop for high-quality Irish goods and if you'd like, you can enjoy lunch during a performance of folk music.

Lunch time is allowed but the meal is not included. Your visit to Blarney includes free time to browse for high quality Irish goods at the Blarney Woolen Mill Shop. The shop offers Waterford crystal, Irish linen, hand-loomed Donegal tweed, knitwear, bone china and Celtic brooches. Be sure to bring your camera. This excursion requires a minimum , if the minimum is not met the tour will be canceled 21 days or more before departure

Redemption and Voucher Details

Please print these vouchers and bring them with you on your cruise. You will be required to turn the voucher(s) in to the corresponding shore excursion supplier(s). The vouchers feature information regarding how to meet up with the tour leader upon arrival to a port and other important details.
