“My 15 year old daughter and I had a great time doing this excursion on our cruise. The staff was extremely friendly. After a short taxi ride from the cruise terminal we were met at the front of the hotel and guided to the beach area. We rented a locker for our stuff. I think it was . Our group was 4 people and after about five minutes of instructions we were heading for our subs. I am a little claustrophobic but I never felt nervous or uncomfortable once inside the sub. After we followed the guides to the bottom of the ocean they hooked us to a cable so we wouldn’t drift off while they brought things for us to look at and hold. We got to hold a live starfish, a sea anemone and a sea spider. They also gave us food to feed the fish. There were so many fish trying to get the food that sometimes I could not even see my daughter and the sub. Make sure to bring a camera. The guides are very good about taking pictures of you with your camera. It was nice to get lots of pictures on our own camera. This turned out to be my daughters favorite excursion of the cruise. A big surprise to me since 2 years earlier we tried snuba and she hated it. ”

“We had a great time on this excursion! It was very convienent to get to. Just a 5 minute cab ride from the port. The men who ran the excursion were great. They took pictures of us with our underwater camera. They had bread to feed the fish. We even were able to hold star fish and stingrays in our hands. After the excursion, we stayed on the beach, used the lounge chairs and swam in the ocean. Honestly, it is not the nicest beach, but it was quiet and enjoyable. Too bad the cruiseline doesn't list this excursion on board. I believe more people would really enjoy this experience!”
