Reservations


We encourage you to utilize the valuable services provided by a travel agent that you are confident understands your individual needs. If an agent has directed you to our site, please be sure to enter their company name when making an online booking. Travel documents will be issued only when full payment has been received. All tour prices listed are in U.S. funds. Office Hours are 9am to 6pm Monday through Friday EST 800-929-4548.


Travel Documents


Within 72 hours of full payment, you will receive an email set of tour vouchers from Myexcursions@Portpromotions.com


Deposit and Final Payment for Hotel Overnights Tours


A 50 % deposit of the hotel package is due within 5 days of booking in order to hold your reservation. Final payment is due no later than 60 days prior to departure. Payment may be made by VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, money order or check. If paying by credit card your credit card, the charge will be identified as being from Port Promotions and Services Inc and will list our phone number, 1-800-929-4548.


Payment for Excursions and Transfers


Full payment is due at time of booking to confirm your reservation.


Cancellation of Excursions and Transfers


Cancellation of a tour due to a ship delay or the inability to dock will result in a full refund and the amount will be credited within 3 business days. Other cancellations received by Port Promotions within 48 hours of the cruise departure date will be refunded the tour rate minus a $10 service fee. The resulting amount will be credited within 3 business days. Cancellations made within 48 hours prior to sailing, for any reason, will be subject to a late cancellation service fee of up to 100%.

Bookings made though travel agents may be subject to cancellation fees imposed by the booking agency. Agency fees of any nature are a matter to be decided on solely by the agency and passengers. Given that the resale of the canceled space on a tour will likely result in a lost opportunity to sell space, passengers who fail to join the tour will not receive a refund


Cancellation of Hotel packages


Cancellation of overnight stays will be subject to cancellation fees if cancellations are made within 60 days of travel at a 50 % cancellation penalty, and within 30 Day of travel, a 100% cancellation penalty will be incurred.


Refund Policy


A full refund will be given for tours that are cancelled due to weather or the ship's inability to get into port. Port Promotions reserves the right to cancel the tour due to insufficient sales or when deemed in the best interest of our clients safety. If you decide, for any reason whatsoever, not to participate in all or part of the tour, Port Promotions will not be required to make any refunds except as noted in cancellation of Excursions and Transfers section noted above All refunds are processed by the main office of Port Promotions and Services Inc. As a general rule, refunds will be processed within 3 business days. Refunds are made to the booking party only. If payment was made by and through a travel agency, the refund will be made to that entity. In this instance, you are responsible for obtaining from your travel agency monies either retained by the agency or received by the agency from Port Promotions and Services Inc. Refunds will be posted back onto your credit card within 3 business days

Special Requirements


We seek, to every extent possible, to accommodate the needs of those with disabilities so that you are able to enjoy our tours. Although Port Promotions endeavors to make sure that other persons or companies providing services or portions of the tour satisfy their obligations under applicable law, Port Promotions cannot guarantee that services or portions of your tour operated outside the United States will be fully accessible to those with disabilities. In limited situations where an individual with a disability would be unable to satisfy certain specific safety and other criteria, even when provided with appropriate auxiliary aids and services, we may find it necessary to ask the individual to make alternative travel arrangements. It is essential that we are notified of any special medical, physical or other requirements you may have at the time of booking.


Port Promotions Responsibilities and Liabilities


Port Promotions' responsibilities and liabilities in regards to the excursions we offer are defined in the Important Information that you will receive with your tour vouchers. Please read this information carefully when received. It is important to note that services or portions of the service provided by any person or company other than Port Promotions ( taxis, tour operators, hotels, or boats) are performed by independent contractors, and are solely at your risk and are subject to the terms or arrangements made by you or on your behalf with the independent contractor. Port Promotions assume no responsibility with respect to the goods or services of these independent contractors (including for delay, injury, death, or damage to property) even though it may collect monies or make arrangements on your behalf.


Gratuities


Gratuities for drivers, food servers, cab drivers, hotel and cruise staff and other service providers are not included in our prices, and although generally considered appropriate, this is strictly a personal decision.

We will refund you the difference if you find the same shore excursion offered at a lower rate by your cruise line.



Personalized review of every booking


We personally check each and every booking and will contact you if we encounter any conflicts with your cruise itinerary or otherwise, regarding your selected shore excursions.

Full refunds are available if cancellations are received 24 hours prior to cruise departure

If you are not returned to the ship in time to board, we will cover the necessary expenses to transport you to the next port of call.
