AUTHORIZATION OF PAYMENT:  By clicking the Checkout button below, you authorize Port Promo Cruise Tours to bill your credit card for the above charges.  Your order will be transmitted and we will proceed with your reservation request.  Your credit card will only be billed by Port Promo Cruise Tours once your reservation is confirmed and processed by our office. 

You will receive your tickets by email, generally within 3-4 business days.  It is your responsibility to print out these emailed tickets.  No refunds will be made for failure to have these prepaid tickets or confirmations with you to present to the designated tour operator in the port of call. .

If you do not receive a confirmation within 72 hours please phone 1-800-929-4548 or email us at myexcursions@aol.com    You will need these prepaid tickets prior to sailing. 

REFUNDS:  Full refunds are available if cancellations are received 24 hours prior to departure.  Should a ship miss the port or the excursion be canceled due to weather or any reason deemed in the best interest of the participant, a full refund will  be processed automatically.  No refunds will be made for failure to be at the departure point or departure time.
