Tortola - Historical Tortola

Your journey begins with a drive to Kingston Church, which served as the island's Anglican Church and school in 1807.

Continue to Josiah's Bay ruins, a former sugar mill converted into an art gallery.

Visit the National Park to see another impressive windmill tower that was once part of an extensive sugar mill.

At both these stops, learn about the days when King Sugar played the dominant role in the island's economy. Then travel the scenic Ridge Road, enjoying panoramic views of the island. Stop at Sky World, located 1,500 feet above sea level.

From the observation deck, drink in the 360-degree views of the U.S. and British Virgin Islands. Now descend to sea level for a brief visit at a 400-year-old rum distillery still in operation.
