After a one hour drive you arrive at Balam Ha where you will find restrooms, changing rooms and lockers for rent.
Your river tubing experience begins with a brief orientation at the edge of the Sibun River. Then, lay back in your inner tube for the beginning of a fun river experience.
Float by Bamboo patches; see the scenic tropical rain forest rich with many species of colorful birds. Don't miss the large green Iguanas basking in the sun on branches over the river.
Look out for Black Howler Monkeys moving through the trees grazing for their food. You will enjoy some of the white water rapids that swiftly move you along this beautiful river.
This journey takes fifty minutes to one hour, and stops at Balam Ha where you can purchase some snacks and local drinks. This is a complete private tour, not sold on any cruise ships so no big crowd just your group and nature.
Please bring swimwear, a towel, insect repellant, sun block, a sun hat, sun glasses, water proof Camera and water proof shoes.
